These are other inspections we offer

-Pre-Purchase Inspections. Before you purchase a home, ensure you know what you are paying for.

-Pre-Sale Inspections. Discover any issues with your home before you list it instead of finding out while under contract.

-Re-Inspections. After an initial inspection has revealed any issues, you may have a contractor come in for repairs. A re-inspection allows us to come back in behind the contractor and inspect the repairs.

-11 month Warranty Inspections. Have your new home inspected before the warranty expires.

-Pre-Drywall Inspections. Ensure a Pre-Drywall inspection is done before everything is closed up after the rough in stage of your new homes construction.

-Annual Inspections. Ensure your home is functioning at its peak performance.

-Radon Testing. Discover if there are any concerns with Radon in your home or future home.

-Mold Testing. If any mold is discovered, it should be tested to determine the next steps when dealing with mold.

-Water Quality Testing. Have your water tested to ensure it is safe to consume.

-Pests and Termite issues. Signs of pests and termites are thoroughly searched for during any inspection to ensure these issues are identified and taken care of by Pest and Termite specialists.

-Drone Inspections / Photography. For those tough-to-reach places on homes or buildings, we use a drone. Brandon is licensed and registered with the FAA as a drone pilot.
